
Dr. Benzi Kluger
Dr. Benzi Kluger is a Professor of Neurology and Medicine and the Director of the Palliative Care Research Center and the Neuropalliative Care Division at the University of Rochester. Dr. Kluger is a pioneer in the field of neuropalliative care, the application of palliative care approaches to improve the lives of persons living with neurologic illness and their families, and is the founding President of the International Neuropalliative Care Society (https://www.neuropalliativecare.org/). His research has been funded by the National Institutes of Health, the Michael J Fox Foundation, the Davis Phinney Foundation, the Department of Defense, and the Patient Centered Outcomes Research Institute. Most recently, he has begun a public information campaign to empower people living with serious illness and combat medical misinformation through education (thecureforbullshit.com).
